In a 2019 email to CFO Sonya Rowling about NRA contracts with vendor Associated Television International (ATI), General Counsel John Frazer said: “It’s possible [the contract] was orally renewed.” Attached to the email were contracts between NRA and ATI from 2004 and 1997. An in-house ATI invoice analysis was produced during the trial, and detailed the millions of dollars the NRA was charged by the group from 2008 to 2014. Docket number 2874.
