In this brief, the NRA argues that the NRA’s grievances against Ackerman started prior to the involvement of Bill Brewer and disputes Ackerman’s contentions that Brewer acted improperly.  Ackerman had previous brought a motion, including some revelatory facts, that sought to disqualify Brewer from the litigation.
