Former Executive Josh Powell Settles, Admits Wrongdoing, And Agrees To Pay $100,000 In Restitution

ABC News reported that, just days before trial, former NRA Executive Director of General Operations Josh Powell has agreed to settle with the New York Attorney General.
- In the settlement, Powell acknowledged breaching his fiduciary duties, specifically through using the NRA’s charitable assets for his own benefit, and failing to administer the charitable assets properly.
- Powell agreed to pay $100,000 in restitution to the NRA, and to never serve as an officer in a nonprofit.
