Deadlines of Note
- February 12, 2021: Court will order mandatory, but non-binding, mediation.
- April 9 – 23, 2021: The parties must identify any expert witnesses.
- April 30, 2021: All dispositive motions (such as summary judgment) must be filed.
- June 1, 2021: All discovery must be complete.
- August 27, 2021: All pretrial materials must be filed (this includes a witness and exhibit list).
- September 3, 2021: Pretrial conference.
- September 7, 2021: First day of trial.
