On April 17, 2024, the NRA and DC AG reached a settlement in this case. The Settlement Agreement includes provisions that the NRA Foundation will establish a new conflicts of interest policy, form an audit committee and work with an external auditor, and adopt new policies governing grant making, among other injunctive relief. The agreement was signed by NRA Interim EVP & CEO Andrew Arulanandam and NRA Board Member Tom King.
